These terms govern the use of SmartSuite (the eCommerce experience operated by BioEnable Technologies Pvt. Ltd.). By browsing our catalog, placing orders, or engaging our support teams, you agree to the clauses below.

1. Eligibility & Account Responsibilities
- You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter legally binding contracts in your jurisdiction.
- Business buyers confirm they are authorized to purchase on behalf of their organization.
- Keep your account credentials secure; you are responsible for all activity under your login.
- Provide accurate GST, billing, and shipping information to avoid order delays.
2. Pricing, Taxes & Payments
All prices are listed in INR and inclusive of GST unless stated otherwise. Promotional pricing is time-bound and may change without notice. We reserve the right to cancel incorrect listings caused by typographical or system errors. Payments are processed securely via Paytm, UPI, credit/debit cards, or bank transfers. Orders may be paused until payment confirmation clears our banking partners.
3. Order Acceptance & Fulfilment
- Submitting an order on SmartSuite constitutes an offer to purchase. We confirm acceptance via email or invoice.
- We may refuse or limit quantities for reasons such as limited inventory, compliance reviews, or payment issues.
- Lead times for enterprise hardware can range from 3–10 business days depending on certification requirements and stock status.
- Ownership transfers upon full payment and dispatch of goods. Risk transfers when goods are handed to the carrier.
4. Software, Firmware & Licensing
Some devices ship with proprietary firmware or SDKs licensed directly from manufacturers (BioEnable, Nitgen, CMITech, etc.). You must comply with their EULAs and export regulations. Reverse engineering, unauthorized redistribution, or tampering with security protections is strictly prohibited.
5. Warranty, Returns & Limitation of Liability
- Hardware typically carries a 12–24 month manufacturer warranty covering manufacturing defects only.
- Our Return & Refund Policy describes when replacements or refunds are available.
- We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from improper installation, third-party integrations, or misuse.
- Maximum liability is limited to the amount paid for the product in dispute.
6. Governing Law & Disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Pune, Maharashtra. For escalations, please email [email protected].
