We share information only with trusted processors—logistics partners, payment gateways (Paytm, UPI networks, banks), cloud hosting providers, and compliance auditors—strictly to fulfill your orders or meet legal obligations. Whenever data leaves India, we ensure adequate safeguards such as Data Processing Agreements and standard contractual clauses.

4. Data Security & Retention

We use TLS 1.2+ encryption, hardened infrastructure, and role-based access policies so only authorized personnel can view your data. Transactional data is retained for at least 7 years (as mandated by Indian tax laws) and then securely archived or deleted. Marketing consents can be revoked anytime by unsubscribing or emailing our privacy desk.
