Shipping Policy
This policy explains how SmartSuite ships biometric and security hardware within India and to select global destinations.

1. Serviceable Locations
- Pan-India delivery via DTDC, Bluedart, Delhivery, or specialized project logistics partners.
- Priority shipping for metro cities (Mumbai, Delhi NCR, Bengaluru, Hyderabad, Pune).
- International deliveries handled case-by-case with proper export paperwork.
2. Processing & Dispatch Timelines
Standard handling timelines (business days):
In-stock devices
Dispatch within 1–2 days.
Configured bundles
3–5 days (activation, QC, packaging).
Enterprise rollouts
5–10 days (deployment & documentation).
3. Shipping Charges & Insurance
- Orders above ₹1,50,000 (exclusive of taxes) ship free within India.
- Flat ₹500 logistics fee applies to standard orders unless otherwise stated during checkout.
- High-value shipments include transit insurance and tamper-proof packaging.
4. Tracking & Delivery
Tracking details are emailed once the consignment is scanned by the carrier. For enterprise deployments, a dedicated project coordinator shares daily status updates. Inspect packages on delivery; note damages on the Proof of Delivery and inform us within 48 hours for resolution.
5. Delays & Force Majeure
Shipping times may extend due to customs holds, remote locations, strikes, pandemics, or natural calamities. We will keep you notified and coordinate alternate logistics whenever possible.
